“TEMPO” is Under Armour Basketball’s term for decision-making, reading the situation and making the right play, knowing when to push it and when to slow it down. It’s putting your team in a position to win. This philosophy was the driving force behind all messaging and imagery strategy for the 2014 season, whether we were highlighting grassroots teams or a superstar like Steph Curry.
