Over 20 years experience in Creative Direction and Design in-house at global brands. Skilled in everything from creating brand identity to concepting and directing campaigns to developing talent. Experienced working with marketing teams to build out strategies, plans and processes for campaigns and programs covering everything from brand to product to retail/DTC. Then resourcing these programs and campaigns with both internal and external creative teams to tell great stories in support of marketing endeavors.

EXPERIENCE

oct 2022-current
tailored brands, Director, design

Joined a brand team as a Sr. Art Director (Men’s Wearhouse and Moores) to help re-establish a more intentional digital brand presence. Established a creative calendar to begin to support larger marketing initiatives at a strategic level and establish how to resource both higher level planning and creative needs while keeping business-as-usual jobs moving. Worked with both project managers and channel leads to rethink timing and start to create an internal agency with efficiencies put in place to both elevate the work and reduce duplicating efforts across channels.

In April 2024, promoted Sr. Manager, Design to lead omni-channel design for all brands and rental under the Tailored Brands umbrella. Working on removing design silos across brands to increase effieciency in efforts, so we can scale up or down the needs of each individual brand, whether with internal creative or outside resources.

In February 2025, promoted to Director, Design to continue the work above, teaming up with cross-functional partners to further focus on larger initiatives while keeping the day-to-day needs moving in a cohesive, brand-right manner. Focused on refining our brand foundations and guidance for all our brands to create ownable, and cohesive creative work.

Landing, CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Joined a fairly new marketing department to build out the marketing creative team, focusing on defining brand foundation and strategy to establish cohesive brand expression across all consumer touchpoints. In support of this, defined timelines, process milestones, and resourcing (internal and outsourcing, including budget) for campaigns, programs, and channel specific needs. Led concepting and creative strategy to bring brand strategy to life in Landing’s first ever omni-channel campaign, as well as additional go-to-market programs such as the ambassador program and B2B program. I also selected our production and post-production partners to execute the vision (both edited videos and stills), garnering not just campaign specific assets, but an asset toolkit of brand and consumer focused imagery and video footage to supplement the already established property photography that can be used by the entire business.

TILE, INC., CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Brought my experience helping to grow consumer brands to an exciting tech start up. Leading and growing an internal team that now consists of art directors, designers, writers and video/motion graphics editors. Working cross functionally on everything from brand and product positioning to creative strategy across multiple channels. Establish processes to ensure marketing endeavors are resourced on time and in budget. Working with a growing marketing leadership team to go from focusing on channel-level deliverables to building out higher level programs focused on cohesive storytelling and scalability.

gnc, Creative Director

Lead team of art directors, designers, writers and external partners to build GNC brands. Work cross functionally on everything from brand positioning to creative strategy and overseeing execution of brand and product campaigns across multiple channels. Work with science, legal, merchandising, product development, content planning, events, marketing and outside agencies to ensure brand standards are adhered to. Work with cross functional partners to define processes and timelines during restructure of department.

Lead team of Art Directors and Designers on international print/digital campaigns, from concept through completion. Collaboration with marketing, writers, photographers, video production teams, and other designers for seasonal promotions (style guides and direction for layout for all media buys, print and digital) as well as overall brand campaigns, both consumer and developer facing.

chesapeake bay candle co, creative Director

Art direction and design work for a company transitioning from a manufacturer to a brand/contract manufacturer. Collaboration with marketing/pr, photographers, product managers and other designers for initial brand direction and design work as well as designing and executing brand launch events. Managed design team–in house and overseas–for product, packaging, and delivery. Introduced domestic vendors for print and packaging needs, and lead design team in knowledge to execute print and pre production needs for final approved deliverables.

Creative lead for basketball and women’s categories along with various brand and retail work. Art direction and design work on various campaigns, from concept through completion. Collaboration with marketing, writers, photographers, and other designers for seasonal campaigns and collateral design work as well as brand and campaign guidelines. Managed designers and collaborated with outside agencies.
